Service Description

What’s included in my puppy’s visit day? A warm bath with a shampoo that not only cleans the coat but refreshes the skin. They’ll also receive a thorough ear cleaning, blow dry and brush out, nail trimming and light clipper work to remove excess hair from their pads and sanitary areas. If your puppy requires trimming around the face, you can choose to add a puppy face trimming for your puppy’s visit - all for FREE!

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE RESPECT YOUR GROOMING APPOINTMENT TIME! *Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 24 hours notice to waive the FULL appointment fee. *Please be on time for your appointment if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment time your appointment may be cancelled and you will be considered a NO SHOW and charged a NO SHOW FEE. *If you know you are running late, please give us a call to see if we will still be able to accommodate you. A simple phone call is all it takes. *If you can not make your appointment let us know ASAP, PLEASE do not wait until the morning of your appointment if at all possible. We will take into consideration emergencies or waive the fee if we're able to fill that time slot with another client. Please make every effort to send a message - SMS / WhatsApp / E-mail and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations. / +34 607 096 041 *In the event of inclement weather, a family emergency or any other uncontrollable circumstance, the groomer has the discretion to waive the fee within the 24 hour period. *Rain Check... If the weather determines your furkid's grooming schedule, please check the 7 day forecast. Weather is not an acceptable excuse for last minute cancellations or No Shows. *We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer. *No-Shows-----------------------It is considered a "no-show" when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the groomer to cancel or reschedule. *We reserve the right to charge the FULL grooming fee due to the loss of revenue caused by a "no-show". *We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason. NO - CALL / NO - SHOW * 1st Offense: Requires owner to sign our no-call/no-show policy * 2nd Offense: Requires FULL GROOMING FEE. Payment can be made at the time of next scheduled appointment. * 3rd Offense: You cannot re-book with our salon.
