Every dog is different. Here's what that can mean for your appointment, so it's scheduled with the right amount of time from the start. You'll see that we ask about these details while booking, so here's what each one means for your dog.
 

Coat Condition

• 100% tangle-free: no brushing needed, no extra charge, no extra time needed.
   

• May have some knots, +€15: light brushing before the groom, so knots come out gently instead of cut around.
   

• Matted coat: extra care needed, +€30: hand-detangling, section by section, so mats are removed without pulling or discomfort. Takes real time, done right.
   

• Heavy or shedding coat, +€10: a deshedding pass that pulls out loose undercoat, so there's less fur at home afterward, and your dog's skin can breathe better.
   

• Sensitive skin, +€10: gentle, non-irritating shampoo suited to reactive skin.
   

• Dry coat and skin, +€10: a care treatment that restores moisture, for a coat that feels softer and healthy, not just clean.
   

• Wire coat, +€30: hand-stripping technique, the correct method for wire-haired breeds, done by hand, never with machine.

Behaviour During Grooming

• Fully cooperative, calm & easy to groom: no extra charge, no extra time needed.
   

• Occasionally anxious or stressed, +€20: extra time and a slower pace whenever your dog needs it, during washing, drying, or being touched on the legs. Nothing feels rushed.
   

• Very anxious, needs breaks & a gentler approach, +€30: for dogs anxious throughout the whole groom. Paced with breaks, handled with real patience.
   

• Young dog, still learning what grooming is, +€15: gentler care, giving a young dog time to get used to being handled and groomed.
   

• Senior dog, needs extra patience and comfort, +€15: slower handling for stiffness, hearing, or sensitivity that comes with age.
   

• Anxious specifically during nail trim, +€10: extra time and a calmer approach just for that part.

Good to Know

Appointments are typically booked every 3-6 weeks. Hand-stripped dogs are not bathed before grooming. 
 

We do not groom cats.
